The second phase of the project is an OECD-wide survey of policy makers who are navigating the changing energy space. These people interact with lobbyists, interest groups, scientists, politicians, policy analysts, and many more people as they craft energy policies to serve society. The purpose of the survey is to examine the trends that we observed in our country case studies and figure out what the global trends are, and what that means for different energy interests, governments, and society at large.
